My mother was very concerned that we buy rain coats and rain boots and umbrellas ect before we go. But we said, no, we will buy things there. They will have specialized 'equipment' cause it rains so much there, they will be well equipped.
So, rainy season has started now, and well...no, they are not really well equipped. Below are some photos I took during a really heavy downpour.
These are they ways they stay dry:
Number 1: Wear a flimsy plastic raincoat
Number 2: Hold an umbrella over you while driving the bike (not dangerous at all...!)
Number 3: Drive a fancy food stand with a roof, that doubles as your transport
Number 4: Take a nap, wait the storm out
And finally number 5: If all else fails, just get wet! Hell, it's a wonderful relieve from the blistering heat...
