So this past week my little girl stepped into her big girl shoes, and started school. SCARY!!!...for Mommy....
She was so excited! She absolutely loved her first day. Still does love it, the mornings are just a bit tough. Not nice to have to get up at 6am...and specially not nice for Mommy and Daddy to get up at 5.30.
She was not at all hesitant to leave us and go with her class to their class room. She held the teachers hand as they walked. She likes her teacher, and I am very happy that she got such a nice teacher. Very patient and soft spoken.

The first day, when we went to fetch her, she could not stop talking about the day and telling us everything. Of coarse Mommy had a million and one questions...
She ate by herself, went to the bathroom by herself, packed her own bag... all those things Mommy always watches over, she now does by herself...so proud of her!
Mommy did okay with her going off to school. Just felt really strange the three of us getting in the car and leaving her behind.
Now, little brother Josh did not do so good the first day. When we left, he said to me that he wants to go to Kindergarten... Mid morning, I have him a packet of sweets. He was so excited, he ran through the house calling for Bella to show her. He came to me "Mommy, where is Bella". So I said "She is at school, remember". "Oh yes" he said. Looking very disappointed. "But when is she coming home Mommy?" "In a few hours my boy" "Oh, but that is to long Mommy" Shamies, the rest of the time he kept asking me how much longer till she gets home.
The next day he was better. He started to enjoy the attention he got from Mommy and Daddy.
She has now been at school a week. I truly hope and pray that she keeps enjoying it and learns.
So the reality of life starts for my little girl...may God watch over her and keep her safe and contented.

Oh my tjommzi... where has the time gone? I can barely believe that she has started "big school".
I have a really healthy kidney. If you find a pause button, I'll be willing to sell the kidney to buy the pause button.
